("JinkoSolar" or the "Company") (NYSE: JKS), a leading global solar power product manufacturer, today announced that it has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Jinchuan Group Co., Ltd. ("Jinchuan Group"), a Chinese state-owned enterprise, to jointly invest and develop a 200 MW photovoltaic ("PV") solar power plant in Jinchang, Gansu Province, China. Once connected to the grid, the project will become one of the Asia's largest independent PV solar power plants.
